Our custom-built farmhouse-style home offers 3 beautiful, fully furnished room choices, excellent surroundings and amenities, and a peaceful, retreat-like home away from the hustle and bustle of your job!
The two ensuites also make perfect home-away-from-home accommodations for traveling nurses on contract, as well as other traveling medical, service, and business professionals who want something more comfortable and enjoyable than what a hotel or motel room, or rundown apartment or rental home can offer while away from home.
During your rental, enjoy use of the home's common areas including the Great Room for lounging, watching TV, and dining; coffee & beverage bar complete with a wine frig; eat-at lunch counter; Chef's kitchen; laundry facilities; and your very own personal food storage areas in the kitchen and refrigerator. And, you'll really enjoy relaxing and eating outside on the Farmhouse's wide, wrap-around covered deck!
The home features two ensuite's — Desert Rose Suite and Trail's End Suite — that are fully furnished, each have private bathrooms & walk-in closets, and feature all the amenities you could possibly want. A large, single bedroom, Prairie Cottage Cozy, is perfect for a short-term rental and is fully furnished with the same amenities as the suites, but has a semi-private bathroom. Each room has its own private, secure entrance off the home's wrap-around covered deck.
On each room's detailed information page, you'll find a "Check Availability Form." You'll be able to securely and confidently complete and submit it to Dancing Coyote Farm. We will then contact you, confirm your rental dates are available, and let you know the next steps to take to secure your room rental. After renting one of our rooms at Dancing Coyote Farm, we think you'll quickly realize why our beautiful private home reflects the best in country living. Renting a room at the Farm is a great alternative living style; better than living in an impersonal, less private and noisy apartment complex or rundown rental home!

Perfect for traveling nurses and medical personnel and other contract, traveling professionals. A 13-week, mid-term rental includes ALL utilities except personal phone landline and/or cell service.
Whether you rent for 13-weeks or longer, all you need to do is bring your personal belongings. All of our rooms are fully furnished including bed and bath essentials, and more amenities.
The Farmhouse is not a party house. It is a year-round, owner-occupied private home offering rooms to discerning renters who want a very comfortable, safe, secure, relaxing, quiet, and hassle-free place to live. Unfortunately, the Farmhouse and rooms are not suitable for children of any age and pets at this time. Thank you for understanding.
